License and Tag are required with Trim. All boneless trim can be dropped off at any store location during business hours. Until January 1, 2017 we will be doing MIXED BATCHES only. Sausage products are priced per lb. of finished weight. Bring in 12.5 lbs. of trim, and take home 25 lbs. sausage.
